Medieval Festival at Fort Tryon Park
Sunday, October 6
Travel back in history to enjoy the customs and spirit of the Middle Ages. From Montclair meet at 10 am outside Tegakwita Hall to travel to NYC by carpool or bus (10:26 am, YMCA, Park St., $5.25 fare). Once in NYC meet group members at front entrance to The Cloisters at 12 noon. Suggested donation for museum: $10. Admission to outdoor festival is free. Rain date: 10/13.

Bowling
Sunday, October 13
Meet at 3 pm for afternoon bowling at Eagle Rock Lanes, 424 Eagle Rock Ave., West Orange (973-731-6363). Approximate cost for games / shoe rental: $8.

Woman’s Day Retreat
Saturday, October 19
A devotional gathering (8:30 am - 2 pm) of women parishioners begins in Madonna Hall with continental breakfast. The program “Moments of Grace: Walking with the Women of Scripture” begins promptly at 9:15 am. Featured speaker is Sr. Patricia Worman, Pastoral Associate, Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Hoboken. Mass at 12:10 pm followed by lunch. Donation: $10 at the door. Please contact the Immaculate Conception Parish Office (973) 744-5650 for registration details.

Indian Restaurant / Cinema Night
Saturday, October 19
Meet at 6 pm for delicious Indian cuisine at Natraj Palace, 379 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair (973-746-5252) located opposite the Welmont Theater, Seymour Ave. Afterwards, we’ll see a movie at one of the nearby theaters.

Dinner & Theatre (The Florham Park Players)
Saturday, October 26
Meet in the lobby by 4:45 pm at Houlihan's Restaurant, 372 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston (973-992-0455). Enjoy good food and time to socialize with friends. After dinner, those wishing to see The Florham Park Players perform the musical “Annie” will head over to the Ridgedale School Theatre, 71 Ridgedale Ave., Florham Park, (973-377-9078). To meet us there, please arrive by 7:30 pm; the play begins at 8 pm. Tickets available at the door for $15.

Town Pub Pizza Night
Sunday, October 27
Enjoy super thin crust pizza, beer, and soda at 7 pm at the Town Pub, 378 Broad St., Bloomfield, (973) 743-9557. This is a great event to meet other singles and to discuss upcoming plans for our group.
