Super Bowl XXXVI
Sunday, February 3
All Catholic singles and friends are invited to watch the SUPER BOWL on a 50" big screen TV at the Knights of Columbus clubhouse, 42 Park St., across the street from the IC parking lot behind Tegakwita Hall. There will be plenty of snacks, hotdogs, soda, and beer and the chance to mingle while enjoying the St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots play football. Also have fun viewing the commercials and the halftime show with U2. Come anytime after 5 pm. Game broadcast begins at 6 pm. Cost: $10. Visit the official Super Bowl website for more details.

Ice Skating
Friday, February 8
Meet at 8 pm outside Tegakwita Hall to carpool to the Clary-Anderson Arena, 41 Chestnut St., Montclair, or meet us inside before the rink opens at 8:45 pm. Entrance is $5; skate rental is $3.

Sundays during Lent
Make a spiritual commitment for Lent to enrich your faith through Scripture reading, reflection, prayer, and music. Our faith-sharing community will resume Sunday gatherings 8 - 9:30 pm in the IC Catechetical Center. During Lent, we will reflect on the devotional writings of Henri J. M. Nouwen. Attend whenever you can make it. Bring your bibles and friends. Refreshments served.

Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra (Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra)
Sunday, February 17
Listen to beautiful music composed by Humperdinck, Rachmaninoff, and Beethoven as well as guest pianist Sándor Szabó who will perform Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18 with the Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra at 3:00 pm in the auditorium lobby of the Bloomfield Middle School, 60 Huck Rd., Bloomfield. Our ICSA friend John M. plays trombone with the orchestra. The school is located at the end of Huck Rd., off of Broad St. between Watchung Ave. and the Glen Ridge Country Club. From the GSP take Exit 151 to Watchung Ave. and turn left onto Broad St., then another left onto Huck Rd. From Bloomfield Ave., follow Broad St. past the country club and make a right onto Huck Rd. Tickets: $5.

Dinner & Theatre
Saturday, February 23
Meet in the lobby by 4:45 pm at Houlihan's Restaurant, 372 W. Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston, 973-992-0455. Enjoy good food and time to socialize with friends. A fter dinner, those wishing to see The Florham Park Players perform two one act plays will head over to the Ridgedale School Theatre, 299 Brooklake Rd., Florham Park, 973-377-9078. The plays are the comedy Adam & Eve Diaries by Mark Twain and the romantic hit Love Letters by A.R. Gurney. To meet us there, please arrive by 7:30 pm; the play begins at 8 pm. We are planning a group trip to see the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 9, at the Continental Airlines Arena, East Rutherford, carpooling from Teg.akwita Hall at 9:30 am. Cost per person will be approximately $20-35 depending on seating. If you'd like to make a definite reservation, please do so no later than Friday, 2/22. If you commit to this event, you are agreeing to be responsible for paying for the tickets you request.

Bloomfield Civic Band

The band will perform a Winter Concert at 3:00 pm in the auditorium lobby of the Bloomfield Middle School, 60 Huck Rd., Bloomfield. Our ICSA friend John M. plays trombone with the band.
